ALERT
In workout of the powers provided under area 135 and sub areas (1) and (2) of area 469 of the Business Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Federal government thus makes the following guidelines even more to modify the Business (Business Social Obligation Policy) Guidelines, 2014, particularly:–
- ( 1) These guidelines might be called the Business (Business Social Obligation Policy) Change Guidelines, 2015.
( 2) They will enter into force on the date of their publication in the Authorities Gazette.
- In the Business (Business Social Obligation Policy) Guidelines, 2014, in guideline 4, in sub-rule
( 2 ),-
( i) for the words “developed by the business or its holding or subsidiary or associate business under area 8 of the Act or otherwise”, the words “developed under area 8 of the Act by the business, either singly or alongwith its holding or subsidiary or associate business, or alongwith any other business or holding or subsidiary or associate business of such other business, or otherwise” will be replaced;-LRB- .
( ii) in the proviso, in provision (i), for the words “not developed by the business or its holding or subsidiary or associate business, it”, the words “not developed by the business, either singly or alongwith its holding or subsidiary or associate business, or alongwith any other business or holding or subsidiary or associate business of such other business” will be replaced.
Note.– The primary guidelines were released in the Gazette of India, Amazing, Part II, Area 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 129( E), dated the 27 ″ 1 February, 2014 and was consequently changed by notice number G.S.R. 644( E), dated the 12 th September, 2014.
