He later joined Auburn High School, where he competed in different sports, among them baseball, football, track, and basketball. He made his Cowboys debut against San Diego Chargers, where he posted three tackles in total, including one quarterback pressure. His impressive form in 2007 led to his coach Wade Phillips calling him the league’s best outside linebacker.
