Information on conclusion of Advanced ICITSS and Advanced IT Test for Appear in CA Final tests (Old and New). Explanations on the requirement for conclusion of Advanced ICITSS course and the Advanced IT Test thereunder, with recommendation to eligibility to appear in CA Final examination, under Final( Old) and Last (Brand-new) Syllabus.
In terms of Guideline 29 D( 1 )( iii) and 51 E/72 E of the CA Regulations 1988, trainees under the New Scheme of Education and Training (executed with impact from 1st July 2017) are needed to complete the Advanced Integrated Course on Infotech and Soft Skills (Advanced ICITSS) successfully for being qualified to appear in the Final (Brand-new) course examination held under the curriculum authorized by the Council under Guideline 31( iv) of the CA Regulations 1988, the very first evaluation of which is to be held in May 2018.
Advanced ICITSS is a combination of Management & Interaction Skills and Advanced IT Course, which works from 1st July, 2017 with the execution of New Scheme of Education and Training.
Candidates are required to go through the Advanced ICITSS-Advanced IT test, performed by the Exam Dept. of ICAI, after completing the Advanced Information Technology component of those course.
Even More, it is hereby clarified that trainees who have undergone just one, i.e. either GMCS or Advanced ITT under the Last (Old) course, need to go through the remaining element, i.e. Advanced ICITSS( IT) or Advanced ICITSS( GMCS). They are not needed to go through Advanced ICITSS (IT and MCS) in its totality.
It is additional clarified that following is the position in regard of various categories of trainees who are required to go through Advanced ICITSS course and pass the Advanced IT test thereunder, with referral to their eligibility to appear in Final evaluation.
