Notes:
1. Processing of applications for Verification of Marks/ Assessment of Answer Book( s)/ Supply of Certified copy( ies) of Response Book( s) normally takes about 7-8 weeks after its invoice in the Institute.
2. If the prospect( s) s did not get any update from the website of the Institute concerning status of their applications for Confirmation of Marks/Inspection/ of Answer Book( s)/ Licensed Copies of Response Book( s) within 7 days from the last date of submitting the application, they may get in touch with at email: [email protected] with their details.
3. Candidates looking for certified copy( ies) of their answer books will be supplied a secured User ID and Password through Email and SMS to access the PDF files consisting of the image of their answer book( s). No questions shall be amused concerning justification of marks granted.
4. Prospects need to personally visit ICSI NOIDA Workplace, located at C-37, Sector 62, Institutional Area, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, NOIDA– 201 309, (U.P.) for evaluation of their response books Different communication will be sent out to the candidate worried informing date and time for inspection of response book( s).

6. In case of change or revision of marks in any subject( s), and/ or result of a particular Module/ Stage of Evaluation, different communication to that effect will be sent to the prospect.
Candidates need to keep in mind that non-downloading/non-receipt/delayed invoice of result-cum-marks declaration, hold-up in processing of application for Confirmation of Marks/ Evaluation of Response Book( s)/ Supply of Qualified Copy( ies) of Answer Book( s) will not be accepted as legitimate and adequate reason for seeking any relaxation or not complying with the requirements of guidelines and/ or last date( s) for submission of enrolment applications for the next evaluations. The candidates in their own interest are advised to keep track of crucial statements, last date( s) and observe the time schedule.
8. In case of change of Result of a Particular Module/Stage of evaluation of any Prospect, the assessment charge, if any, spent for the particular Module/ Stage of examination will subsequently be reimbursed.
