Business (Incorporation) 3rd Modification Guideline, 2019 in PDF
G.S.R. 275( E).– In workout of the powers provided by sub-sections (1) and (2) of area 469 of the Business Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Federal government thus makes the following guidelines even more to change the Business (Incorporation) Guidelines, 2014, specifically:–
1. (1) These guidelines might be called the Business (Incorporation) Third Modification Rules, 2019.
( 2) They will enter into force from the date of there publication in the main Gazette
2. In the Business (Incorporation) Guidelines, 2014 (hereinafter described as the stated guidelines),
i) after guideline 38, the following guideline will be placed, particularly.-
“38 A. Application for registration of the Item and Service Tax Recognition Number (GSTIN), Workers’ State Insurance Coverage Corporation (ESIC) registration and Workers’ Provident Fund Organisation( EPFO) registration
The application for incorporation of a business under guideline 38 will be accompanied by e-form AGILE (INC-35) including an application for registration of the following numbers, particularly:–LRB- .
- ( a) GSTIN with result from 31 st March, 2019
- ( b) EPFO with result from 8th April, 2019
- ( c) ESIC with result from 15 th April, 2019
ii) in the stated guidelines, after Kind INC-34, the list below type will be placed, specifically:–LRB- .
