The Institute has decided to present the requirements of unfavorable marking for wrong answers tried by the prospects for the 3 topics of OMR based evaluation of the Executive Program viz., (i) Expense and Management Accounting; (ii) Tax Laws and Practice; and (iii) Industrial, Labour and General Laws documents with effect from December, 2015 Assessments onwards as under:

  • Negative marking will be made in the ratio of 1: 4, i.e., deduction of one (1) mark for each 4 (4) incorrect answers or proportion thereof;-LRB-
  • Negative marks would be limited to the level of marks protected for correct responses so that no prospect shall protect less than absolutely no mark in the above subjects;-LRB-
  • Overall marks obtained in fraction would be rounded up to next whole number.[/tie_list]

The Time Table and Programme for CS December, 2015 evaluations has been published on the Institute’s site www.icsi.edu. The OMR based examination for the above three topics shall be held consecutively on 21 st, 22 nd and 23 rd December, 2015.
