ICSI Notice No. 4 (upgraded) of 2017 Introduction of New Curriculum for the Foundation Programme of the Business Secretaryship Course. Applicability of CS Structure New Curriculum 2017

All prospects registered under Syllabus (2012), enrolled for the Foundation Program evaluation shall be examined under Syllabus (2017), from June 2018 session onwards, i.e., candidates shall be compulsorily switched from Syllabus (2012) to Curriculum (2017) for Foundation Program Evaluation with impact from June 2018.

Qualifying Marks, Passing Criteria in CS Structure New Syllabus 2017
The certifying marks for Structure Program Examination will remain as per Policy 39 A( 3) of The Company Secretaries Laws, 1982, as under:
A candidate will be declared to have actually passed in the Structure Program Evaluation if he obtains at one sitting a minimum of forty percent marks in each topic and fifty percent marks in the aggregate of all topics.
