General Instructions for UGC WEB Application Form July2018 CBSE UGC INTERNET July 2018 Online Application now readily available on cbsenet.nic.in, check details, how to use here. General Instructions for UGC NET Application July 2018

i) The prospects must check out the conditions of eligibility as provided at item no. 3 carefully and should please themselves concerning their eligibility for the Test before filling the online application.

ii) Submission of Online Application is compulsory. Paper copies of application form will not be accepted by CBSE.

iii) Application should be complete in all aspects based on the Notification.

iv) All insufficient Application will be turned down.

v) Applications submitted on any other format (consisting of old UGC format) will not be accepted.

vi) Hard copy of online application (Confirmation Page) need to be kept by the prospect for more referral.

vii) No applications can be sent after the last date (i.e. 05/04/2018) and no charge will be accepted after 06/04/ 2018 in any circumstances.

viii) The Candidate need to keep in mind that their candidature is strictly provisional. The simple reality that Admission Card has actually been released and the prospect is permitted to appear in the test will not imply that the Board has finally accepted his/her candidature.

ix) CBSE may change the city of evaluation or date of evaluation without appointing any factor.

x) It may be kept in mind that the Admission Card will be submitted on the website cbsenet.nic.in in the third week of June,2018 The prospects are requested to ascertain their venue of the test in the pointed out in the Admission Card and appear in the assessment just at the designated assessment center. No candidate will be enabled to appear at the evaluation center besides that allocated to him/her in the admission card.

xi) The candidates are required to bring an image identity card likewise along with their printout of online Admission Card on the day of assessment. No candidate will be permitted to appear in the assessment whose admission card is not issued by the Board.

xii) To make sure reasonable conduct of assessment frisking of the prospects will be done properly at main entry gate of the exam. The prospects need to report at the examination center 2 hrs 30 minutes prior to beginning of evaluation and work together with the invigilators in frisking. No prospect will be permitted to get in the examination center/hall after commencement of assessment. No prospect will be permitted to leave the examination hall/room prior to 10: 00 Remain In the first session and 1: 00 PM in the second session.

xiii) All the evaluation hall/room will have a wall clock so the prospects are not enabled to wear any kind of watch in the assessment hall/room.

xiv) The use of calculators of Log Tables is not permitted. The candidate( s) found in possession of any of these items in the evaluation hall/room will be dealt with as unfair ways and his/her outcome will not be stated.

xvi) The prospects need to follow the instructions provided by the invigilators in the evaluation hall/room and must not argue with the invigilators or other personnel involved in the assessment duty at the evaluation center. The prospects, who will not follow the instructions, will be dealt with as unreasonable methods and his/her result will not be stated.

xvii) In the assessment hall/room, the candidates will neither talk to each other nor discuss any matter during the evaluation. The candidates need to not interrupt the candidates in the assessment room and maintain complete silence during the assessment. The prospect breaking these directions will be treated as unjust means and his/her outcome will not be stated.

xviii) Candidates will not be permitted to compose any concern from the Test Booklet on the Admission Card or on any other paper.

xix) There are no unfavorable marks of incorrect answers.

xx) The prospect shall have to return the OMR Sheet of Paper I & II to the Invigilator prior to leaving the examination hall/room.

xxi) No TA will be paid to the candidates, on account of appearing at the evaluation etc

xxii) The caught images of action sheets (OMR sheets) of the prospects appeared in WEB July, 2018 and answer secrets of all the documents will be displayed on the website cbsenet.nic.in during 4th week of August, 2018 (the specific dates will be alerted later in the papers). The candidates, who are not satisfied with the caught response, might challenge by filling online application type on the site cbsenet.nic.in and paying an amount of Rs. In case the obstacle of any candidate relating to recorded images of reaction sheets (OMR sheets)/ address secrets is accepted, the fee will be refunded to such prospects.

xxiii) The marks of all the prospects will be uploaded on CBSE website cbsenet.nic.in soon after statement of result. Besides this, CBSE will not issue any marks sheet to qualified/non-qualified prospects.

xxiv) No grievance with regard to answer crucial( s) after statement of result of NET July, 2018 will be entertained.

xxv) There are no unfavorable marks of inaccurate responses.

xxvi) Canvassing in any type will disqualify the candidate.

xxvii) The choice of the CBSE will be final in all matters.

xxviii) All legal disputes relating to this Test will fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts just.

  • Step 5– Download the verification page and take a hard copy for additional referral
