OUAT Admit Card 2019
Eligible applicants can download their OUAT admit card from the official website of the University. Admit card is available from 15th to 29th April for UG courses. On the day of examination, candidates have to bring one identity proof, copy of e-receipt along with admit card. OUAT PG and Ph.D admit card can be received by approaching to the Director one day prior to the examination.
OUAT Exam Pattern 2019
Candidates can check below the exam pattern of OUAT entrance exam 2019:
- Subjects Covered: The question paper will consist of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. Candidates are required to answer either Mathematics/Biology subject.
- Type of Questions: The question paper will be of objective type.
- Maximum Marks: The entrance exam will be of total 200 marks. For PG and Ph.D courses, the exam will be of total 100 marks including 40 objective type questions and 60 short answer type questions. Viva-voce will be conducted further for Ph.D candidates.
- Medium: The medium of examination will be English only.
- Exam Duration: The duration of test will be 2 hours.

OUAT Syllabus 2019
The syllabus of OUAT entrance exam will be of 10+2 standard for UG courses. Candidates must prepare the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects as per their 12th syllabus. OUAT syllabus for PG courses covers the course taught at Bachelor’s level.
OUAT Result 2019
Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology will announce the OUAT 2019 result on its official website. Merit list will be prepared category-wise based on candidate’s score in entrance exam, academic record and extracurricular activities. To get seats, candidates have to attend the counselling/admission process conducted by OUAT.
OUAT Counselling 2019
OUAT 2019 counselling will be conducted for the qualified candidates in the month of July 2019. Students will be intimated regarding counselling through the official website of the University. candidates who are allotted with the seats have to verify their documents at the time of admission.
OUAT Admission 2019
OUAT Admission will be carried out on the basis of merit. Merit for UG courses will be drawn on the basis of weighted score of candidates in entrance test (50%), HSC examination (25%) and +2 Sc examination (25%). Candidates seeking admission in B.Sc. (Forestry) Course should qualify Physical Endurance Test to be conducted one day before their respective day of the counseling.
Selection in PG courses except M.Sc. Microbiology, Biotechnology & Computer Science will be based on entrance exam or academic record of the candidates. For M.Sc. Microbiology, Biotechnology & Computer Science, candidate’s academic record will only be considered. ICAR candidates (for Microbiology) and OUAT employees/In service candidates (teacher fellows), students who have qualified NET / GATE or any other fellowship with M. Phil degree from UGC recognized University and admitted through an entrance examination are exempted from appearing the Ph. D. entrance. Such candidates have to appear in viva-voce for the preparation of merit list.
OUAT Application Form 2019
- Applications of OUAT was facilitated through online mode.
- The application form for PG and Ph.D courses will be available through offline mode.
- Aadhaar card will be mandatory to fill the application.
- Candidates who wish to apply online can fill the OUAT 2019 application form through the official website of the University.
- Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
- All the applicants are also required to submit the Form-B after appearing the exam. Form-B is required to be submitted offline with all the prescribed enclosures within the prescribed dates.
- The correction in Form A has been started from 25th March 2019.
Application Fee
Candidates have to pay Rs.1200/- towards the application fee. The fees can be submitted through debit/credit card and net banking. Candidates can also pay in cash through nearest Common Service Centre (Jana Seva Kendra).
