Procedure for how to apply for duplicate mark sheet: CPT, IPCC, CA Final. Those who are desirous of applying for issue of duplicate mark sheets/pass certificates/transcripts, can apply for the same on-line at http://icaiexam.icai.org and also pay the applicable fees on-line through debit/credit cards. Payment of applicable fee through internet banking is not permitted.

1. How to apply for duplicate mark sheet:

  • i. Fill the on-line request. You will be required to upload scanned copy of your handwritten request, duly signed, on the portal.
  • ii. Make the payment of the applicable fee on-line through payment gateway using debit/credit cards.
  • iii. The fee for issue of duplicate mark sheet is Rs 100/- + GST, per mark sheet and Rs 40/- towards postage charges for sending the duplicate mark sheets/s by speed post, per application.
  • iv. No need to send any print out of the online request for issue of duplicate mark sheet/s.

2. How to apply for duplicate Certificate:

  • i. Fill the on-line request. You will be required to upload scanned copy of your handwritten request duly signed on the portal.
  • ii. Make the payment of the applicable fee on-line through payment gateway using debit/credit cards.
  • iii. The fee for issue of duplicate pass certificate is Rs 200/- + GST, per certificate and Rs 40/- towards postage charges for sending the duplicate pass certificate/s, by speed post, per application.
  • iv. After submitting your request online, send us the following at the address given below:

a. Your handwritten request duly signed and

b. An affidavit in the prescribed format (click here for the format) duly notarised.

3. How to apply for Transcript:

  • a. Fill the on-line request.
  • b. Make the payment of the applicable fee on-line through payment gateway using debit/credit cards.
  • c. The fee for issue of transcript is Rs 500/- + GST, per set. For transcript is to be sent directly by the Institute to the Foreign University/ies / Management Institution/s /outside India through DHL courier, an additional amount of Rs.800/towards courier charges is to be paid.
  • d. After submitting your request online, send us the following documents at the address given below :

d.i. Self attested copies of Entrance / Foundation / PE I / CPT / PE II / PCE / IPCE /Intermediate / Final examination mark sheet/s (both front and reverse side, wherever applicable) and pass certificates of all Examinations.

d.ii. Self attested copies of Rank Certificate issued, if any.

d.iii. Self attested copy of Associate Membership Certificate / Fellow Membership Certificate.

d.iv. Prescribed Academic Request Form or any other Form duly filled in by the candidate, received from Foreign University/ies / Management Institution/s, if any to be sent alongwith transcript.

4. Payment

i. The payment has to be made online thru Master/Visa/Maestro Credit/Debit Card. Net banking is not permitted.

ii. After the successful payment you will get a payment confirmation message. You may print the same & keep for your record.  In case the money gets deducted from your account and you do not get a “Successful” transaction screen, the status of your application will not be considered successful and the same will not be processed by the office.

iii. The failed transactions will be credited back to your account within 30 days.

5. The duplicate pass certificate/s sought will be sent to you, within 21 days of the date of receipt of your request and the affidavit.

FOR OBTAINING DUPLICATE PASS/RANK CERTIFICATE

You are required to furnish the following details / documents with your request:

  • Copy/ies of Pass Certificate or Rank Certificate, for which you require duplicate Pass Certificate/s or Rank Certificate. In case, you are not in a position to send copy/ies of your Pass Certificate or Rank Certificate, please furnish your correct Student/Articles Registration Number, Month & Year of appearance and examination (e.g. Final/Inter/CPT etc.) and Roll Number for which you require duplicate Pass Certificate or Rank Certificate.
  • An affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of the value of Rs.10/- (or value as applicable in the state where the candidate resides) duly attested by an Oath Commissioner or Notary Public or a First Class Magistrate to the effect that you were in possession of such a Pass Certificate or Rank Certificate and lost it /such a Pass/Rank Certificate has not been received by you till date and undertake to return the duplicate Pass Certificate or Rank Certificate if the original Pass Certificate or Rank Certificate is traced/received by you in future and indemnify the ICAI for any loss etc. that ICAI may suffer on this account.Click here for the format of the affidavit.
  • If you furnish a copy of Pass / Rank Certificate or correct articles/student registration number, Month & Year of appearance and roll number, the duplicate Pass / Rank Certificates are issued normally within twenty days of receipt of your request complete in all respects.

FOR ISSUE OF TRANSCRIPT

You are required to furnish the following details / documents with your request:

  • Self attested copies of Entrance / Foundation / PE I / CPT / PE II / PCE / IPCE / Intermediate / Final examination mark sheet/s (both front and reverse side, wherever applicable) and pass certificates of all Examinations.
  • Self attested copies of Rank Certificate issued, if any.
  • Self attested copy of Associate Membership Certificate / Fellow Membership Certificate.
  • Prescribed Academic Request Form or any other Form duly filled in by the candidate, received from Foreign University/ies / Management Institution/s, if any to be sent alongwith transcript.

Issue of transcripts Rs 500/- per set of transcript.

The transcript will be sent to the applicant or to any other authority as may be required by the applicant. In case the transcript is required to be sent to any authority outside India, an additional sum of Rs.800/- per destination may be added to the above mentioned fee of Rs.500/- to meet the courier charges. Applicants other than students of ICAI are required to pay 18% GST on the application fee.

Self attested copies of Entrance / Foundation / PE I / CPT / PE II / PCE / IPCE / Intermediate / Final examination mark sheet/s (both front and reverse side, wherever applicable) of all Examinations. In case the applicant has any completely negative/failed attempt/s in any exam, he/she should indicate whether to exclude or include the same and send copies accordingly.

Self attested copy of Associate Membership Certificate / Fellow Membership Certificate.
