UGC WEB Examination Pattern July 2018 ( Revised) and Plan of Assessment of UGC WEB July 2018 is given listed below: UGC WEB Examination Pattern 2018: On behalf of UGC, the Central Board of Secondary Education announces holding of the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 08 th July 2018 for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Study Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Teacher both in Indian Universities and Colleges.

What’s new in UGC WEB Test Pattern July 2018–

First (Paper-I): 100 Marks (50 out of which 50 questions all are required) Period of exam: 1 Hours (0930 AM to 10.30 AM, IST).

Paper-I shall include 50 unbiased type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks. The concerns which will be of basic nature, meant to evaluate the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to evaluate thinking capability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.

Paper-II will consist of 100 objective type obligatory questions each carrying 2 marks which will be based on the subject picked by the candidate.

All the concerns of Paper II will be obligatory, covering entire syllabi of earlier Paper II & Paper III (consisting of all electives, without options).

The candidate will have to mark the responses for questions of Paper I & Paper II on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet supplied along with the test pamphlet.
