Stipend payable trainees throughout training period
Minimum amount of stipend payable to the trainees throughout training duration
| Students who are going through training after taking registration in Executive Programme | Executive Passed Trainees | Expert Passed trainees | |
| If going through training under PCS | Minimum amount of Rs 2000/- each month | Minimum amount of Rs 3000/- monthly | Minimum quantity of Rs 4000/- monthly |
| If going through training at Business/ other entities | Minimum quantity of Rs 3000/- each month | Minimum quantity of Rs 4000/- each month | Minimum amount of Rs 5000/- monthly |
It is clarified that if any trainee is already going through training for 15 months/ 3 years/ 2 years and throughout the period at any time he/she passes evaluation of Executive Program/ or Professional Program, then his/her stipend for remaining duration of training will likewise get altered in accordance to the above table as appropriate to higher phase.
The amount recommended by the Council is only minimum amount of stipend to be paid to the trainees; Companies/PCS might pay more than the prescribed quantity.
