  • 4) If you are afraid of failure, give attention to success. If you are afraid of sickness, dwell on ideal heath.
  • 5) Look at your fears; hold them as much as the light of factor. Learn to laugh at your worries. That is the very best medication. Absolutely nothing can disturb you but your own thought.
