ISI Application Form
After reading the information brochure carefully, students should fill the ISI 2019 application form.
- The application was released via online mode through the website.
- Candidates can get the application form only through online mode.
- Candidates from outside India are requested to contact the
Dean’s office to get an application. - Candidates have to upload the scanned images of the signature, photograph, caste or disability certificates (if applicable) in a specified format.
- The image should be in bmp, gif, png, jpg & jpeg formats.
- The maximum size of the photograph is 50 KB (30 KB for signature).
- Photograph dimensions should be 600 pixels (width) × 600 pixels (height) and 800 pixels (width) × 300 pixels (height) for signature.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs.1000/- for general candidates and Rs.500/- for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PDcandidates. Candidates can pay the registration fee through debit card/credit card/net banking or challan payment at the SBI Bank.
