JCECE Counselling 2019
The counselling will be carried out through online mode by the JCECE Board. The board will conduct the counselling in numerous rounds on the basis of JCECE 2019 entrance test result. The candidates will be called for the counselling on the basis of their performance in the entryway examination. The counselling will be carried out through digital multi table parallel counselling. The information associated to the vacant seats in different participating institutions course-wise will be displayed on the official site. Prospects likewise need to pay the interview cost according to their classification. The fee can be paid through Bank Challan which can be downloaded from the official site. JCECE Counselling Procedure 2019
- The counselling will be conducted as per the combined benefit list.
- On the basis of prospects rank, they will be called for the interview round.
- Prospects can appear in the interview round, according to the date and time according to their category.
- Candidates will be permitted to choose the colleges and course stream on the day of counselling.
- Prospects need to bring the document needed for the counselling to reserve their seat along with the initial copy of aadhaar card.
- No different invitation will be sent to the prospects for interview round.
- After the allocation of seats to the candidates, they need to report the concerned college for finishing admission rules.
- If seats will remain vacant, the board will conduct the 2nd counselling in which prospects can participate.
Documents Needed
Prospects need to bring the original files in addition to the one set of Xerox copy of the files to go to the interview round.
- 10 th confess card, marksheet and passing certificate
- 12 th science confess card, marksheet and passing certificate
- JCECE 2019 admit card (if lost then copy of FIR)
- Residence certificate provided by sub-divisional officer of deputy commissioner.
- Caste certificate (for availing reserve category benefit)
- Physically handicapped certificate (provided by medical officer)
- One copy of passport size photo
