Statutory Provisions
The President will work out such monetary and administrative powers over the National Bench and Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal as might be prescribed:
Provided that the President will have the authority to delegate such of his monetary and administrative powers as he may believe fit to any other Member or any officer of the National Bench and Regional Benches, based on the condition that such Member or officer shall, while working out such delegated powers, continue to act under the direction, control and guidance of the President.
