l. (l) These guidelines might be called the Business (Consultation and Certification of Directors) Modification Guidelines, 2015.
( 2) They will enter into force on the date of their publication in the Authorities Gazette.
2. ln the Business (Visit and Credentials of Directors) Guidelines’ 2014 ′ in guideline 16 ′ the following proviso will be placed, particularly:–LRB- .
” Supplied that in case a business has actually currently submitted Kind DIR-12 with the Registrar under guideline 15, a foreign director of such business resigning from his workplace might authorise in composing a Practicing Chartered Accounting Professional or Expense Accounting Professional in Practice or Business Secretary in Practice or any other resident director of the business to sign Kind DIR-11 and submit the very same on his behalf intimating the factors for the resignation “
