This board is also known as MP Vypam. MP PAT 2019 is a state level examination organized to offer admission in B.Sc (Agriculture), B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering), B.Sc (Forestry) & B.Sc (Horticulture) courses. This exam is a gateway to the admission into various agriculture colleges and institutions of Madhya Pradesh state. MP PAT 2019 Examination will be organized on 21st & 22nd April 2019. In this article, we are providing complete information about MP PAT 2019.

MP PAT Admit Card 2019

  • Candidates can get the admit card through online mode from our website.
  • The MP PAT 2019 admit card is available from 12th April 2019.
  • No admit card will be sent by post to any candidate.
  • The authority has release the admit card in two parts.
  • The PART 1 comprised of Name of the candidate, exam name, exam center, roll number, etc.
  • On the day of exam, candidates have to put their signature & thumb impression on the admit card.
  • Candidates have to bring their photo id proof along with the admit card at the exam center.

MP PAT Exam Pattern

MP PAT 2019 exam will be organized on the 4th week of May 2019. The exam pattern is mentioned here:

  • Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted through offline mode (pen paper based).
  • Language: The question paper will come in English or Hindi language.
  • Type of Questions: The question paper will be objective type questions.
  • No. of Questions:  Total 200 questions will be asked in the examination.
  • Duration of Exam:  The time will be allotted to complete the exam will be 3 hours.
  • Marking Scheme:  For the correct answer, one mark will be given in the examination.
  • Negative Marking:  There is no procedure of negative marking for incorrect answer, multiple marking or no response.

MP PAT Syllabus

The syllabus of MP PAT covers the all topic of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Agriculture of Class 11th & 12th. Candidates can go through all these subjects to qualify in the examination. For Agriculture (comprising of Physics & Chemistry) it includes topics such as Elements of Science and Mathematics (use for agriculture) and Crop Production and Horticulture.

Preparation Tips

  • Make a study plan for exam studies.
  • Prepare according to the syllabus & exam pattern.
  • Make a good timetable for exam preparation as per the subjects. Give enough time for each subject study & revision.
  • Select best study material & books for preparation of the exam.
  • Solve last year question papers & sample papers which help to familiarize with the exam structure & format.
  • Take care of your health. Avoid oily & junk foods.

Exam Centers

The examination will be organized in the given exam centers:

Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Satna & Sagar.

MP PAT Result

  • The exam conducting authority will announce the result along with the answer key through online mode.
  • The MP PAT 2019 result will be declared in the month of May 2019.
  • There is no process to send the result through offline mode (by post).
  • Keep the printout of the result for further reference.
  • After the declaration of the result, a separate merit list will be maintained.
  • The merit list will be made according to the marks obtained by the candidates in the examination.

MP PAT Counselling 2019

Candidates have to follow the following steps given below for completing the MP PAT 2019 counsellingprocess:

  • Candidates have to register online for the counselling.
  • The counselling will be started in the month of June 2019.
  • Candidates have to choose the colleges and courses according to their preference.
  • The seat will be allotted to the candidates as per the rank secured in the exam, filled choices & seat availability.
  • Candidates have to report at the allotted center after the seat allotment.
  • It is informed to the candidates to bring their original certificate along with them for document verification.

MP PAT Application Form 2019

The candidates can check here the procedure for applying to MP PAT exam:

  • MP PAT application form 2019 was available through online mode only.
  • Candidates can fill the application form from 16th March 2019 till  30th March 2019.
  • Candidates have to fill all the required details about educational qualification and personal details.
  • Candidates also have to upload the scanned images like recent color photograph, thumb impression and signature.
  • The application correction has been started along with application form filling till 4th April 2019.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs. 400 (for general category) and Rs. 200 (for SC/ST/OBC/PwD category). The fee will be paid through online mode (using credit card/debit card/net banking of any bank).

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are given below:

B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering) Course

  • Qualifying Exam:  Candidates have to pass their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Subject:  Candidates have to qualify the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & with English.
  • Appearing Candidates can also apply.

For B.Sc (Hons.) (Agriculture)/ B.Sc (Hons.) (Horticulture) Course

  • Qualifying Exam:  Candidates have to qualify 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Subject:  Candidates must pass their qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and any one of the subject, i.e. Biology, Forestry, Mathematics or Agriculture.
  • Appearing Candidates can also apply.

B.Sc (Hons.) (Forestry) Course

  • Qualifying Exam:  Candidates have to clear their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Subject:  Candidates must qualify their qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and any one of the subject, i.e. agriculture, mathematics, bio-technology and forestry.
  • Appearing Candidates can also apply.
