HP PAT Application Form 2019
Students can fill the HP PAT online application form through the website.
- Students can start the application process form the first week of April 2019.
- The closing date of filling online application form will be the second week of May 2019.
- The HP PAT 2019 application form will be made available only in online mode.
- Fill all the relevant information in the application form and upload the photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
- Re-check the filled-in application form before its final submission.
Application Fee
The application fee can be paid through a bank Challan or through online mode. The online application fee can be submitted through debit card, debit card and internet baking. The application fee is Rs. 650/-for General category and Rs. 400 for SC/ST/OBC categories.
Eligibility Criteria
Students can check their eligibility before applying for the HP PAT entrance exam:
- Domicile: The student must have the Himachal Pradesh state domicile.
- Qualifying Exam: Students have to pass the 10th/equivalent board exam from any recognized board or HP board.
- Appearing Candidates: Appearing students are also eligible to apply.
- Subjects: Students have to pass in Mathematics, Science and English in the qualifying exam.
- Minimum Marks: Students have to obtain the minimum of 35% marks in aggregate in their qualifying examination.

How to Apply
Candidates can apply by following the steps given below:
- Visit the HP PAT official website link (link will be given above).
- Click on “Online Admission 2019”.
- On the home page of the website, click on “Polytechnic-PAT” and you will be directed to the information page where you have to click on ‘New User Registration’ from the online services menu bar.
- Enter all details and click on the submit button.
- You will be provided with the email and SMS on your registered email ID and Mobile No.
- Now login with your login ID and password and click on the apply online link.
- Fill all the details correctly and submit it successfully.
- After reading all the terms and conditions tick on the check box and click on ‘Save & Proceed to Next Step’.
- Attach photograph and signature by uploading them in prescribed format. The image file should be in JPEG format with size less than 100 kb.
- Click on next and proceed to next step and make payment through online mode (credit card/debit card/net banking) or bank Challan.
- Take a print out of the successfully submitted application form for further procedure.
